Management Process

Managing is a highly individual process. As such, managers are responsible to the organization in the attainment of its organizational goals. This responsibility is done through the management process.

Management process is the actions and interactions within and between the components of an organization system. In this system, varying degees of organizationsl structuring arise, persist, dissolve, or change. In reality organizational behavior, sometimes called human behavior, is a new and inexact science. At the base of organizational behavior is the management process. If managers understand the human psyche so well, they can consistently influence and make people perform the tasks assigned to them. There is no doubt that many managers are acutely aware of values of human behavior. Unfortunately, managers cannot get to where they stand unless they are different from their people. They had learned to take everything in their organization seriously and differently, while being aware of the technology of human relations.
