There are times that when I wear my chef uniforms it made me feel a lot of confident from myself. Thinking that I will not be able to wear such a kind of uniform if I am not that capable to wear it. If my performance didn’t show the leadership ability I may not be able to have the position that  I do have now. Thinking that I need to do so many tasks and have to experience so many trouble before I had read the position.

I do have read on a book that there really are a person that with the use of the uniform they felt the Leadership development and even think that they can do all the tasks that are assign to them. When you look at your self together with your co-employee you felt that you light as a ampoule a led that give bright and serve as the guide to the employee an be the example at work. Be inspired like me, looking and feeling that the uniform that I am wearing doesnt’ just fit my size but also my personality and characteristics.
